
Football drills i can do in my own backyard for the MLB position?
I’m 5-3 and 120 pounds and i’m trying to get bigger so i can be a middle linebacker for high school.
You need to LIFT WEIGHTS. 5’3″ 120lbs is TINY for a MLB!!! When I was a freshman, we had 5’10″ 200lbs Linebackers. So you need to eat…. a lot(good stuff, avoid junk food) and be lifting weights. For Drills, try the Nike SPARQ drills. They got them online. They helped me last season, I made the move from Strongside Linebacker to Fullback.
